Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients:
2-3 sweet potatoes cut very thinly (I used a mandolin for this)
Seasonings to your taste - garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, etc.
Direction:
Wash zucchini and cut off ends. Slice zucchini easiest way for you.
I use a food processor or mandolin slicer to get the slices even.
Place zucchini in a bowl. Add oil and toss with hands to coat evenly so sliced don't stick together.
Add spices and toss.
Place in a dehydrator in a single layer.
Dehydrating time depends on your machine and how thick your zucchini slices are cut.
Put on in the evening and by morning they are done!
Core the apple. Cut into about 1/2 inch slices.
Then spread the nut butter on a slice along with the chocolate chips or nuts,
and simply top it with another slice of apple!
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly oil large baking sheet.
In bowl or food processor, mix flour, rice, Flax seed, salt, and oil until combined.
Add water a little at a time until dough hold together.
Pour onto floured surface and knead a few times to form a ball.
Press or roll dough thin on baking sheet.
Score into 1 by 1 squares or 1 1/2" by 1 1/2" squares.
Bake 20 - 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool before removing from pan.
Can also add salt on top of them before baking as well as sesame seed or butter.
