I have been practicing hot yoga since 2002. I remember my very first class. During the first class, I was a little impatient as I kept falling out of postures while everyone stood focused around me. But I left the class feeling more energized than when I walked in. I was hooked. I realized that yoga is a very powerful tool that allows me to tap into my inner spiritual and physical potential.
