Do any of these situations sound familiar:

  • It's harder to get out of bed in the morning than it used to be. Your feet hurt, your joints are stiff, your neck and low back are out and your body doesn’t want to move. Two cups of coffee would get you going before, but now you need four. By mid-afternoon you're exhausted again.

When you think of living, you think of quality of life. You think of being able to play around the house with kids and grandkids hanging all over you, on your shoulders, or wrestling with you, without reservation. And if being on a low-carb diet isn’t working for you, then you must need a zero-carb diet. This stems from the more-must-be-better philosophy which, by the way, I totally disagree with it. Whether or not more of anything is better depends on a lot of factors, which should all be centered on YOU.

Any studies that have proven these factors to be true are based on an aging population that was ignorant of the fact that they could do something to break the cycle. The average aging American has had inadequate nutrition and generally lived a sedentary and overweight life. If that is what you choose to do then the above aging signs will be true for you!

What is the secret of staying youthful and aging well? How can we best fight off the toll time takes on our bodies? What many people don’t realize in their search for eternal youth is that the secret to aging well lies not so much in that shot of botox, bottle of supplements or on the plastic surgeon’s table, but is much more dependent on what is being routinely served on your dinner plate, how optimally you exercise, how you control your stress load and how you perceive life. When it comes to your health, it lies in the choice of health care. Conventional medicine is based on crisis management. Your disease or illness has to be in a state of crisis before there is a solution. These generally include an operation, medication, radiation or rehabilitation. In treatment disease model we have a problem.

Your doctor will say that you have to weight 6 month and then 6 month more until your problem shows up on your blood test. By the time you are waiting, you already have it. Do you know that it takes 20 years for cancer to show on blood test? So, really you can't wait because it will take a lot of energy and money to undo that. Buy the way; if you do chemotherapy, success rate after 5 years is only 2%. So, treatment disease model doesn't work because it is very expensive, prognoses are not very good and it gives a lot of side effects.

But why wait until then? Doesn't it make more sense to care for your body, so you won't have symptoms, or breakdowns, or changes in bodily functions and performance? There is help in between being healthy and diseased. That's where your alternative medicine practitioners are mostly positioned. They are schooled in managing the health of your body from the causative factor!

We want to stress on a new model creating health and avoiding disease. Our suggestion is that you actively and aggressively create health now, so, as you get older you get younger. Little actions you can do every day will make a huge difference. If you actively create your health, you are avoiding the treatment disease model.

So, choose which model is more appealing to you. You can invest in your health now or pay later. The pay later option is much more costly.
I prefer to pay now, because I don't want to SUFFER and
