We have all heard of the practice of juicing. Juicing refers to taking vegetables in a liquid consistency rather than eating them whole. Juicing involved simply squeezing or extracting the juice from vegetables or fruit. The disadvantage of simply drinking vegetable juice is that we are not taking in the entire vegetable and are missing out on all of the nutrients available. In fact, some of the most nutritious parts of a vegetable are left out during the juicing process.
However, if you have bad diarrhea or other digestive problems make freshly pressed juices, starting from a few spoonful of carrot juice.
If your digestion is improved start doing raw vegetable smoothies.
In contrast to juicing, smoothies use the entire vegetable, using them in a much more nutritious form than either juicing or simply eating the vegetables raw, since we typically do not eat the vegetable in its entirety. Using whole vegetables in smoothies also retains all of the fiber in the parts of the vegetables we typically do not eat and opens up phytochemicals for use.

All formulas have the same blender operation. Place ingredients in blender and hold down the "pulse" button for 15 seconds. Then let go and press the up arrow until it revs up to "Speed 10". It will cycle up to speed 10 and stop automatically after 50 seconds. Blend for a minimum of 2 cycles for about 2 minutes total blend time. Drink slowly to maximize absorption. Do not drink cold smoothies.
