Roasted Root Vegetables with Sweet Potato

Direction:
- Place vegetables in a bowl.
- Add coconut oil and toss to coat.
- Arrange vegetables in a single layer on baking sheet.
- Roast in a 425°F oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove to a warm plate. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with basil, cilantro, turmeric, ginger and garlic. Toss well again.
