Individual Rate
Health Coach Consultation 1 call/visit for 1 hour $125.00
Health Coach Consultation 3 calls/visits for 1 hour each $350.00
Health Coach Consultation 1 call/visit for 1/2 hour $70.00
Health Coach Consultation 1 call for 15 minutes or emails $35.00


Group Rate when 2-5 people sign up for the session
Health Coach Consultation 1 call/visit for 1 hour per person $75.00

Corporate Rate is available and negotiable
for 5 or more employees


Do the following steps to sign up for consultation:

Step 1:
Choose Health Coach Consultation Package above.

Step 2:
Place an order by clicking the Package you choose.

Step 3:
Make appointment by email to zhanna@holisticpreventive.com or call at (253)564-8431.

Step 4:
Please provide me with the following info at least 48 hours prior to your consultation to zhanna@holisticpreventive.com:

  • Your first and last name, phone#, email, your age, male/female
  • List your 5 major health concerns in order of importance and describe your health conditions from your childhood to today in details as much as possible in order to serve you better.
  • Provide in details info about your lifestyle, diet, exercises, stress level now and major stress events in your life and when, sleep pattern, supplements and medications you take (for what conditions).

Step 5:
Health Coach Consultation will be provided by phone or in person. I'll call you at phone number you provided and scheduled time we arranged.
