Core Exercises
Jill Johnson
Your body has 29 core muscles located mostly in your back, abdomen and pelvis. This group of muscles provides the foundation for movement throughout your entire body, and strengthening them can help protect and support your back, make your spine and body less prone to injury and help you gain greater balance and stability. These muscles form your core which is important for maintaining strength, coordination, and balance in your everyday activities, from hauling groceries to working in your garden to walking your dog. Abdominals require a great deal of exercise variation, because they occupy a large area of your body. You must address upper abs, lower abs, and side muscles and each requires a different type of exercise.
what are the best exercises for that.
