Unstable Metabolism

metabolism

"One of the most sublime experiences we can ever have to wake up feeling healthy after we have been sick."
Rabbi Harold Kushner

The first reason of not losing weight is
unstable metabolism.

When you are young you can eat anything and don’t gain any weight. When you are in your 40th, 50th or 60th your metabolism slows down and no matter how much you exercise and diet and never can lose weight. There are people who exercise, diet and never can lose weight. It is heart breaking to see people to make efforts and not to see results. They get frustrated thinking that they are failure and have poor willpower. People really do not have a problem with willpower; they have hormone problem. They’ve never been taught the right way to lose weight, but if you know how to do it, it will work for you.

Metabolism is rate of fat burning and the amount of energy (calories) your body burns to maintain itself. Metabolism is the process by which your body converts what you eat and drink into energy. During this complex biochemical process, calories in food and beverages are combined with oxygen to release the energy your body needs to function. Even when you're at rest, your body needs energy for all its "hidden" functions, such as breathing, circulating blood, adjusting hormone levels, and growing and repairing cells. Whether you are eating, drinking, sleeping, cleaning your body is constantly burning calories to keep you going.

The real problem of not burning fat lies in unstable metabolism and inadequate amount of hormones that control it. You’ll need to minimize hormones that make you fat so you can stay permanently at your ideal weight and use these hormones to work for you instead against you and only than you can burn fat.

So, you need to change your viewpoint of the primary goal from losing weight to complete healing your weak gland to achieve stable weight loss. Let’s focus on the real problem! The key to keeping the weight off is achieving rejuvenation of your glands and hormones and fully heal them. The weight loss will then occur as a benefit of having a healthier body.

You were told that obesity is caused by eating more calories than are burned and you should eat fewer calories to lose weight. You probably are cutting calories with minimal or no effect. A theory is only as true as it works. But how do we explain the skinny guy who eats like a horse yet doesn’t gain an ounce? And what about the obese person who just looks at food and gains weight.

Do you realize that your body makes fat for reason? Fat is the largest endocrine gland in the body. It contains potential energy, stored energy. The truth is you’re not really fat; you just have too much potential energy that is unavailable to you. Fat is survival mechanism, it helps you in time of starvation and stress. It is not melted with any type of heat. There are specific rules to release this energy. Without a good understanding of how our body works, it is hard to burn fat successfully. We eat food to supply our body with energy to do its physiological activities.
